told Dave Fanning she was concerned about the letter from Pezonella Associates, Inc regarding the soils remediation and of the other possible problem associated with a concrete V-ditch that runs under and across Blagg Road. Dave Fanning reviewed the letter from Pezonella regarding the type of remedial action that should be conducted. He also discussed the possible damage and debris associated with the concrete V-ditch. He explained that until they open up entire area they don’t know how far it will go. There are areas they have not even excavated yet. 1 July 23, 2012

asked if there was more information. Judy Dodge stated the bid opening was Friday. She received two bids. The low bid was $186,399 and the next bid was $232,938. Mrs. Dodge recommended awarding it to the low bidder who was Drill tech, lnc, from China valley, Arizona. Darrel Lacey reviewed the grant.

made a motion to approve based on the recommendation of staff to award the bid to Drill Tech, Inc.; seconded by Commissioner Borasky; 5 yeas.
