and Joni Eastley were present via telephone. Pam Webster explained the purpose of this meeting was to declare a regional emergency in Tonopah and close the courthouse.

Commissioner Schinhofen

made a motion to declare a regional emergency in Tonopah; seconded by Commissioner Borasky. Joni Eastley asked that a statement about what would happen with the employees who were working be included as to whether they were being sent home or if the courthouse only was closed to the public.
