understood the complainant had asked for this to be put off until June 21, but realizing the June 21, 2016, agenda would be heavily loaded he made a motion to adjourn this to July 5, 2016; seconded by Commissioner Borasky. Sam Merlino pointed out the hearing could only be continued for up to 14 days per NRS 244.360(3). June 10, 2016 3. For Possible Action Public hearing, discussion and deliberation pursuant to NRS 244.360 on a complaint alleging the existence of a nuisance located at 24 Cody Lane, Tonopah, Nevada.-Cont’d.

informed the Board that the property owner did not pick up the first notice, but another would be sent.

opened the public hearing and adjourned itto June 21, 2016, as requested in the motion.
