7. Presentation by Nye County Public Health Officer, Henry Melton regarding

Mr. Melton

stated there was a need for a Public Health Department and there were numerous funding mechanisms to accomplish that.

Commissioner Strickland

Commissioner Blundo

asked the County Manager to address the question posed during the first public comment period. He said he did see the property on June 14, 2020, and did not need to notify anyone if he was looking on his own. Tim Sutton said it was common practice for an applicant to receive a final action memorandum from the Planning Department. June 19, 2020
