2. For Possible Action — Discussion and deliberation of the appointment of the

made a motion to retain Mrs. Kaminski as the chair; seconded by Mrs. Parmenter; 4 yeas.

made a motion to nominate Mrs. Rivero as the vice chair; seconded by

Mr. Jarvis

4. For Possible Action ~ Discussion and deliberation of the minutes of the Nye

Mrs. Rivero

made a motion to approve; seconded by Mr. Jarvis.

Mrs. Kaminski

said she knew that both she and Mrs. Rivero had noticed the School District had not been updating its five year plan. The reason in October, 2021, was COVID, and Mrs. Kaminski thought everyone needed to stop leaning on that crutch. The kids were back in school and when the Commission met again she asked that the February 8, 2022 4. For Possible Action — Discussion and deliberation of the minutes of the Nye County Debt Management Commission meeting of October 18, 2021-Cont’d. School District update their plan instead of continuing on the same path they had been on.

Mrs. Rivero

stated she brought that same argument up during the last meeting and Ray Ritchie said they were working on it. She hoped it was ready.

Mrs. Kaminski

asked the Clerk to send the minutes to Ray Ritchie.
