made a motion to appoint Tern Baudoin to the Public At Large position of the Debt Management Commission; seconded by Ms. Fischer; 3 yeas.
Ms. Baudoin
was sworn in by the Deputy Clerk and assumed her seat on the Commission.

made a motion to nominate Cindy Kaminski as the Chair of the Nye County Debt Management Commission; seconded by Ms. Fischer; 4 yeas. February 8, 2024

Ms. Kaminski
made a motion to appoint Robin Rivero as Vice Chair for the Debt Management Commission; seconded by Ms. Baudoin; 4 yeas.
5. For Possible Action Discussion and deliberation of the minutes of the Nye
Ms. Fischer
made a motion to accept the minutes from the August 24, 2023, meeting; seconded by Ms. Rivero; 4 yeas.
