made a motion to appoint Mrs. Kaminski as Chair for the Nye County Debt Management Commission; seconded by Mrs. Baudoin; 4 yeas.

made a motion to nominate Mrs. Rivero for the Vice-Chair position; seconded by

Mrs. Kaminski

4. For Possible Action — Discussion and deliberation of the minutes of the Nye

Mrs. Baudoin

made a motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting; seconded by Mrs. Rivero; 3 yeas.

Mr. DeLee

abstained from the vote as he was not present at the meeting.
