Shaw Meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Schinhofen. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT: COMMISSIONER/MEMBER COMMENTS: FOR POSSIBLE ACTION: Discussion and decision regarding the Discussion and Deliberation‐ 1.) To rescind the previous approval for the purchase of 2 minivans for the Pahrump Senior Center that Albert Bass submitted at the June 6th Meeting. 2.) Approve up to $50,000.00 for the purchase of 2 minivans and for the remainder of unused funds to be used for services and supplies to be approved by the Public Works Director.

made a motion to rescind the previous approval of the purchase of two minivans and approve up to $50,000.00 for the purchase of two minivans and for the remainder of funds to be used for goods and services as stated in the purchasing guidelines to be approved by the Public Works Director. Leo Blundo seconded the motion. Motion approved. 3‐0 GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT: (second) FOR POSSIBLE ACTION: to set the time and date of next meeting.
