stated that he was a property owner in Nye County and owned water rights in Northern Nye County and Nevada. He stated that there was nothing on the agenda that would preclude him from voting. Mr. Goedhart disclosed that he had private business interests and owned water rights in Pahrump and Amargosa. He went on to explain that he would recuse himself from any item which he felt presented a conflict of interest. Mr. Miller stated that he also owned water rights and was a property owner but that he did not see on the agenda that would preclude him from voting. Nye County Commissioner Debra Strickland stated that she was a water well driller and a broker of water rights but that she was not a member of the board and could not vote.
