Mr. Goedhart

disclosed that he owns water rights in Nye County and explained that he would recuse himself if he felt there were any conflicts of interest. Mr. Lach mentioned that he was a holder of water rights in Nye County. Mr' Lach disclosed that he had had discussions with a business entity that was on the agenda but that he did not feel there was a conflict of interest lhat would prevent him from voting on any agenda item. Nye County Commissioner Debra Strickland disclosed that she was a licensed well driller in the state of Nevada but as she was not a voting member ofthe board she did not present any risk of a conflict.

made a motion to support a future request by Anglo Gold Ashanti to be filed with the Nye County Board of Commissioners to request approval of an "exploratory borehole" on Nye County owned land near Beatty. Mr. Holden offered a second to the motion which was approved through a unanimous vote of S0.

made a motion to approve Change Order #3 to extend a Professional Services Agreement with Kathy Gilmore (Quality Assurance fficer) with a not-to-exceed amount of $3,OOO tor Fiscal Year 2025i2026. Mrs. Wlliams offered a second to the motion which was approved through a unanimous vote of S0. 't 3. Mr. Lach offered a second to lhe motion which was approved through a unanimous vote of 5-0.

made a motion to to sel the date, time and location of the next Water District Governing Board meeting for Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Pahrump Commissioners Chambers. Mr. Jackson offered a second to the motion which was approved through a unanimous vote of 5-0.
