Strickland disclosed that she was a licensed well driller in the State of Nevada but as she was not a voting member of the board she did not present any risk of a conflict.

made a motion to allow the Private Well Owner’s Association of Pahrump to distribute educational materials within the meeting chambers during regularly scheduled Nye County Water District Governing Board meetings.
