Where each column comes from. Name, action, certificate, charge, statute and county are the Commission's words, and every row links the newsletter it came from. County is the one the Commission printed where it printed one; otherwise it is worked out from the agency named, a Clark County case number, the employer match or a place in the charge text, and the row says which. Employer, job title and rank come from TransparentNevada by matching the first and last name. A common name can match a different person with the same name, so treat those three columns as a lead and check the link.
